Leaders routinely ignored questions, refused to get involved in resolving issues, and showed clear disregard for the team. The company isn’t just stagnating — the business is barely staying afloat. Constant mass layoffs have become the norm. Remote workers, in particular, should be warned: promises are broken, people are often misled about payments, and in some extreme cases — like one I witnessed firsthand — candidates were forced to relocate abroad at their own expense, only for the offer to be withdrawn at the last moment. Expect regular salary delays (literally every month) and no promotions whatsoever.
