One of the worst companies in IT

Pros

If you're lucky enough to join a team with people who have been there for 5-6 years or longer, there's a chance you can literally do nothing. Programmers spend a week fixing a typo in the page title, and testers spend weeks writing 5 tests. The manager covers for all of this, while the new CEO blames the weak performance on remote work and tries to micromanage.

Cons

Before the New Year, the company hired a bunch of people, kept them for a couple of months, and then fired them. A classic trick to improve financial performance. Overall, I do not recommend this company: weak work culture, nepotism, and the management doesn't even try to hide that they only care about their bonuses.

Pros

Competitive salary, nice office, good events and activities.

Cons

Extremely greedy managers, nepotism and incompetence as part of managerial culture, no alignment on tasks, as they change dramatically on a whim, awful exit terms as they force ppl to sign "voluntary" resignation letters, Russian culture is predominant, but the company positions itself as global.

Top-managers don’t know what to do for managing product. Too many wrong strategic decisions. Many professionals leave company. People don’t feel support.

To be honest, there’s nothing good I could share, except for the food allowance and maybe the school allowance—those were pretty cool, but literally nothing else.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company suffers from poor management, with HR failing to act as a true advocate for employees. Instead, they simply follow the top management’s decisions, which often involve frequent layoffs, offering severance packages to push people out, and promoting a culture of nepotism. Leadership, including the talent acquisition manager, displays unprofessionalism, treating employees with little respect and spreading misinformation. The lack of transparency and genuine concern for employees makes it clear that the company does not care about its people.
