      Pros

      Benefits, nice colleagues, good office.

      Cons

      Problems with communication, each team is doing it’s own thing and you happen to find out long after is has been implemented. Company doesn’t work as one pushing towards the same goal, mostly wrong people in key positions. Transparency was one of the new changes that were informed but it’s not really happening.

      Pros

      A great team of professionals and simply very good people who know their job well. Our own product, our own development, constant growth and readiness for changes, expansion into new markets, modern technology stack, opportunity for learning within the company. Flexible work schedule, remote work option. Numerous benefits. Possibility to change the field of activity within the company. It's possible to find common ground and reach agreements with everyone, a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some departments have bureaucracy, while others have a startup spirit with unclear processes/documentation. Depending on the departments, there is sometimes a tendency to search for scapegoats (shifting responsibility onto others). Crisis management policy is unclear.

      The corporate culture and benefits are quite good, though not the way they used to be.

      Cons

      - The salary is lower than the market average. - Top management includes friends of friends; some are competent, but others are smug and autocratic, showing little regard for quality, and there’s nothing you can do about it. - Chaotic strategy and weird priorities. - People with good initiatives and ideas get rejected

      Good place if you're a robot and just want money

      Pros

      If you work in Cyprus - good benefits package: insurance, lunch compensation, sports, etc.

      Cons

      In the last couple of years, the management culture has become very weak. A lot of words, little action. Specialists and management are separated from each other and management don't think it is necessary to listen to the opinion of specialists. Even teams in one department don't know what the others are doing and nobody cares :) I can't speak for all departments, but in teams related to product, design (especially, because i had to communicate with this team), marketing - people are not valued at all. Because of this, people are demotivated, burned out, and do a careless job. Be sure that if you are offered a job in these teams - you are plugging a hole, not "developing" the department. With all that said, I know there are a lot of great people in the company who are dying in red tape, bureaucracy and lack of growth and perspective.
