      Pros

      Customer-focused, collaborative, very dedicated global employee base Wonderful benefits and perks which reflect well of culture and values. For those lucky enough to work at the corporate location, a stunning campus setting.

      There is a strong process orientation which can sometimes slow things down but does not really impede overall company success.

      Cons

      1) Only one branch in India i.e. Mumbai(Very Expensive city), though its vendor Progress Software has a branch in Hyderabad 2) If joing on lower designation you won't get some facilities like Medical
