Due to its focus on customer satisfaction if you want a very face pace, new customer acquisition company, this may not be for you

QAD maintains a focus on the customer, continually evolving the product to meet customer needs. QAD values their employees and strives to provide career paths and recognition in order to retain the value inherent in a stable employee base.

Cons
