4yThank you for your work at QAD for over 6 years. We really appreciate it and I hope you have found a great new opportunity in your current career move. I will share this with our HR team so that we can review and improve. Many of our employees in Mumbai started as interns and have advanced to senior positions and leadership positions. We see a lot of career advancement and am sorry that you did not find this. We will review the T3 area and where we can improve and better communicate how to advance.

4yThanks for your note! We did make some cuts in parts of the world and while we are hiring quite a bit Mexico, we are also hiring throughout the globe in all regions. We joined with Thoma Bravo for there expertise and their guidance in helping us evolve to a stronger better software company. They are providing a lot of investment and resources that are helping us make great strides and things will improve.
