Thank you for your review of QAD. We absolutely value long term customers and are very grateful for all our customers. We do want to offer them the opportunity to move to our cloud solutions. We feel this will enable them to benefit the most by receiving our newest technology and solutions not just for the time of conversion, but going forward as well. We do understand that each on premise customer will have different time lines and preferences. However, our ultimate goal is to ensure they have the best possible solution. Thank you!

QAD used to be owned by a couple, but acquired by some investment company, and everything is changed, lots of outsourcing work. The tech stack is not latest, but are changing. Salary is not attractive, China and Australia engineering teams are laid off, bad for business

Thanks for your review of QAD and glad to hear you find the people good to work with and work life balance here! We were acquired by Thoma Bravo, one of the leading technology equity firms, with the goal of building a better QAD. This had meant change and in some markets, some reductions in force. In all of the reductions in force, we have been sure to include severance and separation packages including job search help all with the goal of helping these employees transition well.

Thank you for your comments. We have implemented reductions in force in some areas of QAD while growing in others. We have worked to ensure those employees do have good transition packages when they are impacted. For your current concerns, I would recommend connecting directly with your manager or your HR representative. It is important to hear your concerns directly and answer your questions as well. Our intent is to improve QAD and build a better company for all involved to experience.
