      Recent management changes makes work-life balance impossible. Takes employees for granted, Fire employees at will once their job is done.

      Previously was a terrific company

      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work as they cared for employees and customers but changed after the acquisition.

      Cons

      Focus is all about EBITA no matter even if you were doing a good job. It was a slap in the face when the redundancies were stated to get the company "fit for purpose". Trust has gone in the company.
