      Pros

      Great mix of technologies, strong product management and architecture groups. Good communication from upper management. Great exposure to other cultures thanks to offices around the world.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment that requires interaction with and dependencies on other teams. If you want to be a heads down coder and live in a bubble this might not be the right company for you. Otherwise no real complaints.

      Pros

      If you are looking for work life balance, you are in the right place. It's a global company with reasonable growth ambition and treat people fairly.

      Cons

      The downside is of course not much room for advancement in career, but I guess at this stage of my life it is less important.

      Pros

      Great people and managers depending on your department. Corporate offices and fringe benefits are excellent. QAD is a highly customer focused organization, and invests far more than they "have" to to ensure partnership and success with their customers.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is valued but those who value career advancement typically need to work very hard. Forced ranking system.
