Pros
1. Flexibility to help us maintain work life balance 2. Supportive managers / management with high patience level even with the non-performers 3. Fair practices, infact they try to inline everything with the Industry and Best Practices (to the extend they have data as proof)
Cons
1. HR is too Process and Audit driven, leading to following polices very strictly 2. Work needs to be distributed equally or more work can be passed-on to India resources 3. Teams are disconnected and work / mingle within their own space. Need to come together as a big one team
