      Pros

      QAD has a very flat hierarchy which makes it easy to communicate ideas and gain exposure. It is a global company that offers international opportunities down the road in your career.

      Cons

      On the lower end of the compensation scale as far as competitiveness goes. Company is in the process of transitioning to a more efficient business model so all process' are not completely standardized and mature.

      Pros

      The people, the people, the people. Great group of people that are willing to help at any time.

      Cons

      No work family balance, pay is below standard based on the expectations of a 65+ hour (frequently more) work week. Weekend work should be expected. Company goals are good, woefully understaffed to achieve those goals. Killing those in current roles.

      Ability to work at home; challenging projects to work on; very competent co-workers; beautiful offices

      Cons

      Inconsistent ability to identify and stick to a long term development direction; veto power given to select management that ends up derailing months/years of work; constant emphasis on trying to get 2 man years worth of work done in 6 months with no reduction in scope or increase in resources
