Great environment, nice location in Barcelona

Low salaries, the salary increases don't follow the promotions. Impossible to retain the team members and this will impact in QAD Service. Old people with a lot of knowledge leaving the company and there are no replacements. The same with people with 3/4/5 years in QAD, when they are ready to produce, they leave QAD due to the low salaries.
