Co-workers are friendly, smart, supportive, and hard-working.

Cons

When Thoma Bravo bought QAD in November 2021, the management relentlessly promoted the acquisition at every meeting. "It is a new chapter in the QAD history", "Good things are coming", and blah blah. The only changes I saw were ruthless offshoring and endless layoffs.

Thanks for your comments. Yes we were acquired by Thoma Bravo and they have helped us considerably in improving QAD as a whole. That has meant that we have needed to change our structure and geographic make up. However, the US continues to be our largest population base and we do continue to employee many people and hire for new positions.

Thanks for your comments and I am sorry to hear you did not have a favorable experience with QAD. We have a long history of operating in Ireland and have some very good teams there now.
