      1) Good working environment 2) Good work transperency 3) Good recoginiton 4) Good learning oppurtunities 5) Good work life balance

      1) Only one branch in India i.e. Mumbai(Very Expensive city), though its vendor Progress Software has a branch in Hyderabad 2) If joing on lower designation you won't get some facilities like Medical

      Pros

      The office in Barcelona is fine and in a good location.

      Cons

      - Managers monitor and read your chat conversations and emails. - Very old technologies with no willing to learn nor upgrade. - No growth potential. Doing the same job over and over without learning new things. - Salary compensation below average. Pay is far below average for an engineer. - Very low (almost inexistent) salary raises and promotions. - Managers make you travel when they wish, without compensation or benefits for it. - Extra hours/days are never paid. - Managers and HR never listen to employees' suggestions. - Everybody in Barcelona office was looking for a new job.
