Pros

- good liberty - a lot of satelite office - good salary when you start

Cons

- Social skills are crucial even if you're a developer; being good at coding is not enough. - Working a lot is not an investment for them. - Little to no chance of a raise. - You are seen as a cost, even though you are the one creating the products they sell.

Amazing working with talented Coworkers and Clients
