Pros

- Get to work with many reputable client firms - Gain accounting expertise - Good coaching culture where managers are invested in your learning and growth

Cons

- Slow progression: Everybody has a standard route of progression, with a minimum number of years before you move to the next level. Hence, even if you are an outstanding individual, it is hard to jump grades. - Learning curve not as steep as desired: In the initial years in the company, you would most likely be assigned easy tasks and hence, would not be able to learn as much as in other companies

Pros

Awesome exposure to the industry, really hands on job with in-depth training

Cons

Long hours. Obviously, you can work the standard 9-5 but in such an environment you feel like you must put in more hours.
