Pros

The company offers a significant amount of resource in training employee's technical and business acumen. People get exposure to many top tire firms in the market and upskill professionally very quickly.

Cons

An individual was overbooked for the number of clients hours. Risk assurance has 30-40% more workload compare to core assurance team. The career path is a little bit narrow compared to core assurance where mainly focus on control testing in Risk Assurance.
