Pros
The firm is well known and having PwC on a resume is an excellent asset. The training is useful, educational, and fun. There are opportunities for travel throughout the country and the world. It is a non-threatening environment where the management seems to have patience towards the new hires. PwC places value in their employees (at least when they first start) and is really good about providing plenty of perks. Tools and software are all easily accessible and up-to-date. Cons
Compensation does not make up for the long hours you are required to work. Specializing in tax does not seem to give rise to many opportunities outside of accounting.
