Business Outlook
Pros
It has the benefits of a large organzation in terms of job stability and opportunities for advancement within the firm. For attorneys, however, the pay will always be substantially less than a large law firm and law firms are not very open to hiring lateral associates from accounting firms. The firm is generally flexible with schedules, vacation time, and supporting part-time education.
Cons
The major downsides are the lack of opportunities within law firms. In addition, it can be discouraging to have a small cubicle as a work environment, as opposed to an office with a secretary (as in a law firm).
