After a big reorganization and management team changes. Prodware is a real professional company with great work life balance.

Cons

Prodware is focus on all Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and provides end-to-end consulting services. That requires deep skills and large knowledge in business processes, industries and solution modules. So Prodware really demands experience and solid profiles on those domains.
