Nice promises lead you to believe you will be happy... And nothing is worth a nice dream

Cons

Everything else. Management believes he has all rights and is always true, even when you demonstrate that this is not the case at all. Keeps blaming you for their own mistakes and lack of realism. Has very poor image on market. Local Top management considers employees as their property, and have no respect for them. They ask for what they want when they want, from one minute to the following, and even if this is not part of your mission
