Pros

Over minimum wage Supervisors are always available for help, especially on tills Good holiday system (work day app is so much easier than holiday forms) Set hours Lots of available overtime, which they love for you to take.

Cons

Boring some managers can be on a power trip Seems to be a hierarchy Uniform could be a bit more up to date and stylish, it is a fashion shop after all and supervisors have more free will to wear stylish and nice clothes! Only get 10% discount at Christmas

Pros

lots of overtime available and the chance to work either on the shop floor, tills or stock room. Plenty of training. working shifts are minimum of 4 hours. shower cubicles available.

Cons

No staff discount. After 2 days of sick leave in 6 months I got told by HR i will be investigated, very strict if you are repeatedly over 2 - 5 mins late. If you get to stay After the end of your temporary contract or 3 months probationary time you might be moved to another department working different days and hours, take it or leave it kind of thing. Most Managers are rude and unprofessional, the way they treat and speak to staff and customers is unacceptable. Supervisors are not too bad but learning from their managers so unless you are their friend don't expect them to treat you as a person. And definitely, business over morals.
