Pros

Engaging with customers and helping them with there needs. Changing roles from tills to being on the shop floor was lovely.

Cons

Some of the management can be very rude at times when trying to explain difficulties getting to work. Either short hours with no break or long hours with a few breaks which can be a bit irritating.

Pros

Meeting new people, fast pace working environment, lakeside centre discount which is offer by the shopping centre the store is located within not by Primark, holiday allowance.

Cons

Rude and demanding management, high and unfair work load. No job benefits such as discounts for store etc. Awful pay which does not reflect the high work load.
