Pros
As I work in the city, the pay rate is suprisingly good for working in retail. Also with my store also being new the stuff facilities are to a high standard.
Cons
Poor in store management in my store personally. If you wish to move up to the next level (ie. Full timer/supervisor etc) you need to have a relationship on a friendship level with a manager otherwise no chance. Not much praise is given to those who work hard constantly and poor communication between management and staff.
