      Pros

      Meet lots of new people and make new friends which makes the job somewhat enjoyable There is usually plenty of opportunity for overtime Hourly pay is usually better than most other stores

      Cons

      They rarely give out full time contracts even during the week so if you cannot get overtime you are stuck with little hours Managers like to play favourites Sometimes feels as if you are all being treated like school children Managers expect your life to revolve around work - if you have a day off sick or say no to overtime they make a big deal out of it

      Pros

      Good staff and management, made you feel like you were part of a family! Working at Primark you need to be able to deal with stress, this job IS stressful and very demanding - you will also be exhausted after a shift, because this is one of the busiest high street stores in the Country. The interview process was also good, be yourself and show how passionate you are about fashion and customer service.

      Cons

      As stated, it is very demanding - emotionally and physically so if you cant take that, or if you're a person who is easily upset and stressed, this probably isnt for you. In my store, the management was very picky about standards and you would be harshly told if you weren't doing a good job.
