Pros

The people on the shop floor are usually nice people, can't say the same about the managers though Good retail experience dealing with overly-annoying customers

Cons

Awful pay, and forced to do bank holidays for nothing extra Not worth the aggression you get from the customers Customers treat the place like a tip so you are forever picking things up No effort made for team-bonding
