Pros

Good wage rate for 18 year olds. Flexible with any commitments. Good break time lengths for example 1hr, 30mins, 15mins for 12 hour shift.

Cons

Managers can be difficult. Not much choice in different tasks. Can be a long day sometimes

Lacks benefits e.g no staff discount, performance bonuses, sometimes you're lucky if you get star!

Pros

Pros are that there is Friendly collegues which create a Fun environment. There are good hours and many chances of overtime to boost your pay.

Cons

Cons are that the Management is strict and badly organised, Getting holiday is tough as it takes over a month to get it approved meaning it is unlikely to be allowed.
