Working in a little back room sorting out odds and returns on the floor because you thought it would be a good idea not to put a changing room on 2nd floor with a shop that big you need a changing room on every floor the working conditions are really bad it's so cold on the floor in the little back room we have to were r coats and gloves we have boxes falling on us all the time cos the back room is were the delivery is kept I've worked for 10 years in this room and it's really bad the amount of times I have hurt myself and when health and safety comes in we have to pretend we don't work in this back room it's a a joke! (Liverpool)
