Pros
Hours are split as either weekday or weekend, not a combination of the two. You get to work with some fantastic people (on the Retail Operative level). Opportunities to progress upwards.
Cons
Management have very little interest in attending to staff morale, caring only for pushing sales. Wages aren't increased for Supervisors at a fair rate (staff wages rise, supervisors don't).
