Pros

Can usually get overtime, and some nice people work there. I was lucky to work in a nice new store.

Cons

No discount apart from a few weeks at christmas, no real opportunity for progression

Pros

- Flexible work hours with available overtime - No issues with payment - Relaxed management - Friendly environment - The workload is never overwhelming - Fast rise if work is put in

Cons

- The friendly nature can mean favouritism does occur, many people have family ties with management and always have it easy. - The pay is minimal, giving the nature of the job - Progressing in the company can be easy if you have management on your side. - The fact that people hardly get penalised for their lack of work means that many people don't do any work, leaving it all to the hard workers. - No discounts or rewards
