Pros

Reasonable pay. Lots of hours available to work. You have set days you need to work, which can be really handy, especially when you need to plan your life around work.

Cons

Not many/if any benefits. Management expect you to do long hours and lots of overtime- but if you're used to working hard this isn't too bad.

Pros

Quick accumulative PTO hours, constant tasks to make working shifts go by faster, employment referral bonuses

Cons

Unequal employer, will not attempt to make change or further assist to keep employees within the company, typically does not set disciplinary actions when it is necessary therefore nothing is changed nor rules are set to make the working environment safe, fair and friendly for the employees, no employee purchase discount
