Pros

Free uniform. Fun training.

Cons

Work load is crazy. They bounce us around from department to cash tills to fitting room. At the end of the night the store looks like a bomb went off. Messy all the time. Sizes are meant for little people and that's not good if your selling in US.

-Great colleges at your level, such as fellow sales associates -Currently get higher than National Minimum Wage

Cons

-Pay varies from store to store -Lots of favoritism for certain employees from management -Often very chaotic, as you'd expect in such a store -Manages sometimes abuse their position
