      Pros

      - Really good Pay - Simple work, great for students as it is contracted days and you are not expected to do overtime if you're not able to. - Lovely people

      Cons

      - Customers have no respect for the store - Not very challenging - The work is very repetitive - Thinking about it now, there are no incentives for staff to WANT to achieve more, only receive 10% discount for 2 weeks at Christmas.

      Cons

      SOME supervisors are power mad and speak to employees like they are worthless. They seem to not understand that it is possible to speak and work at the same time. Funnily enough, they walk around doing nothing for most of your shift talking to other supervisors. If you work regular shifts on weekdays they will also give you a ridiculous amount of recovery to do and expect you to do it in a short space of time.
