Pros
I was working in primark reading for 1year as a retail assistant. I'm not english..At the beginning was just a little bit stressing because the shop is busy, customers are messy but this is "normal". After few weeks the management team realize that i'm an hardworker and start to pushed me all the time. for me is more than normal work hard but i would like to be appreciated for all the effort i do every single day to try rich our goals, but they don't...it's sad but for them if you are not english you are less then 0, they just use your forces! I have a lot of collegues that pass all the shift just chatting or using their mobile phones (we are not allowed to do that) and nobody tell them nothing, because they are friends, and it's not fair!. Just one time a rumanian collegue of mine was using her phone and they start to reprove her. Ridicoulous.
Cons
Stop being racist and unrighteous. Be carefull because there is a girl in your staff that use a lot of make up and that "works" in dresses that is violent, but nobody complaints just because she is friend with all the managers.
