Pros

Great pay, and a quick rising scale. well above minimum wage walking in the door, and up to €+15/hour after 5 years. Easy to move up the ladder, or get more responsibility, if you show initiative. You will also get better hours if you are good at what you do.

Cons

Monotinous, but this is expected. Will be required to work unusual hours. Weekends are almost impossible to get time off for. Management can get quite stressed quite easily
