Pros

Busy working environment so there's always plenty to do which is great for people who like to keep busy. If you get lucky and get a weekday shift you don't work weekends or bank holidays. I work with a great bunch of colleagues, which really make the place a fun place to work.

Cons

Not enough hours, standard weekday contracts are 20 hours. Primark always seems to hire new staff with better hours rather then giving current employees the position or more hours

The staff are all really friendly and there are helpful reminders on the wall in the back rooms as to what the best sellers are

Cons

I have not met any challenges yet though I imagine there will be some difficult customers I will have to cope with in the future
