Lots of overtime if you want it Good way to earn money and gain retail experience if you are younger Young and sociable work environment Breaks and lunch breaks are good Internal advertisement of higher/different job roles are advertised around store

Cons

Tedious and repetitive tasks No discount for employees

Links between Management and staff are poor Usually understaffed for the amount of customers Not much room for progression Be prepared to have customers talk to you like crap

Fixed hours contract, nice people, good visual team, opportunity to travel, fast progression for sales staff, easy, good training, first access to new clothes, no weekends for full time staff

Cons

Basic pay, long full time hours, bad management, bad health and safety practices, no staff discount, unpaid induction, unpaid breaks, large interview process, bad overtime policies
