      Bad pay, good management.

      -you make great friends -very fast paced so you're never bored -good management

      Cons

      -rude customers -you do so much and receive such little pay -no staff discount -VERY hectic - bad place if you have no patience!

      -The staff on the same level as you are usually lovely people -There's a sense of community in the sense that almost everyone hates their job -Plenty of overtime

      Cons

      -Managers are rude and don't care for employees -There's no positive atmosphere because no one enjoys their job -Poor pay, minimum wage - no bonuses -Overtime often leads to doing nothing for at least an hour because the store is either dead or everything has been done -There seems to be no communication between departments -Training is minimal - You're then left to figure it out on your own -Incredibly boring and repetitive

      A lot of overtime which can help when you need extra money.

      Cons

      Management are rude. Not nice customers majority of the time. You'll get treated as a child even though you're an adult.
