Pros

Available over-time. Provided uniform. 20 days holiday which is paid. Bank holidays off if you work weekdays. Discount on goods purchased by staff in the run up to Christmas.

Cons

Little opportunity for promotion. Minimum wage. Limited discount. Colleague communication frowned upon while on the job unless work related. Pressurised environment. High expectations. Targets.

The best thing about working at Primark is the people friendly and helpful and want to achieve the same goals.

There is no structure to stepping up the ladder or performance related program,or any benefits the working with the company.
