Pros

There are no pros for Primark

Cons

Bank holidays are taken out of your 28 days statutory holidays No lockers to store your belongings in Staff discount is only 10% and only available 4 times a year Having to wait in line to clock in for your shift using a hand scanner and marked down as late because of this. Managers and supervisors have no respect for the retail assistants. The HR department have no idea what they are doing Having to pick clothes and hangers off the floor for the whole shift. Primark only cares about the customers The pay is only £8.09 per hour which is very low and shocking for central London and is only just above minimum wage. The toilets and locker room are dirty all the time. You have to ask for permission to go to the toilet The sickness policy is very harsh Staff have to walk around in a l love Primark top The majority of the staff are on 20 or 30 hours contacts.
