Pros

Good working conditions, fair pay.

Cons

The only negative I think is the HR management in the store I worked at specifically but other than that, it is not a bad job.

Pros

Base salary of 900€ per month provides a stable fixed income. Opportunity to increase earnings up to 1200€ per month through additional hours. Extra pay for night shifts (nocturnity) boosts overall salary. Clear system of social security contribution groups linked to seniority and pay progression.

Cons

Base salary is relatively low compared to other retail jobs. Advancement to a higher contribution group requires 18 months of continuous work, delaying salary increases. Salary growth depends heavily on availability of extra hours and night shifts, which may not be consistent. The progression system might be specific to Spain, which could cause confusion if working in other countries.
