Made to wait a long time when I asked to go to the toilet. Treated like school, not allowed to work too closely on the shop floor in case we talk to each other. We would be split up if found to be talking at all whilst working and we would be sent to other floors as punishment. Regularly accused of stealing from the tills and later found it was one of the supervisors, no apology given for false accusation. Uniform inspection at the tills in front of the customers including being asked to Pat our bras to show weren’t hiding our phones there. Told off for sitting on the floor during closing hours when folding the items to fix the tables. We were told we were not being paid to sit!
