Very flexible schedules, not much micromanaging, good upwards mobility. I was trained and hired without a degree.

Cons

Very heavy on the social and office politics side, you must learn to mingle with your teammates and boss, and know when to not stick your head into drama, several coworkers were fired/quit because of office drama. Sometimes for them it's more important to get along than to do the work the right way.
