      Plenty of opportunities

      Pros

      You could be programming all your life without need to do management. Projects are managed by the team. Real agile methodologies. Career opportunities. Proactive people.

      Cons

      Not your place if you like ping-pong tables in the office. Difficult to adapt if you are not proactive. You have to own the project, that means that you don't have a Scrum master to tell you what to do.

      The offices are quite new.

      Cons

      Management layer and hierarchy inside the company. They also really think they are rock stars, and they are not.
