Cons

Some managers are egoistic and unprofessional.it depends on project though. I ended up resigning owing to my scrum master and manager. They act as if they are technically sound and bring down genuine employees who don't do boot licking

- Company is unable to move at the same pace as its nimble footed competitors which is causing it to lose market share - As in any large company process orientation stifles fast paced innovation
