      The people you come in contact with are intelligent, committed and fun. You get a lot of responsibility at a young age.

      Cons

      (Sr) managers not always on board and less impressive. Support from your manager varies alot from fantastic to downright crazy (him not me). Strategy is often a swinging pendulum that creates change much to often for the organisation
