      globaly recognized brand, present in almost 170 countries hence opportunity to be posted or work in any part of the world. career opportunitiies are good. promotions are based on performance and capability. very little discrimination.

      Cons

      changes are happening rapidly in the digital age, hence stabiliy and security is dynamic. rewards and benefits packages are complicated, relies to much on company instead of individual or team performance.
