      Pros

      A great space to learn with a variety of flavors of portfolios, sciences, and people. The environment is highly collaborative with minor unnecessary politics/red tape. People have the liberty to do what they are interested in. You will also be able to make actual work-friends here.

      Cons

      The compensation is subpar compared to the industry standard. Also, verticle mobility is rather stagnant with a lot of colleagues with much longer tenure who are not moving up or out. Some older colleagues are laid back and lack inspiration.

      Pros

      During my time here I have met some of the most incredible researchers who truly care about patient lives. Knowledgeable, humble, amazing people to work with.

      Cons

      Whether or not you are going to have a good experience with a supportive group will depend on management and there are some stinkers that make life miserable for everyone around them. Pfizer really doesn't have a way of reporting or helping or getting rid of them in order to mitigate damage to the team and stakeholders. I can count the number of weekends I've had off since I started working here on one hand. Emails sent at 5 pm on Friday for critical work. No support.
