      Once a great company and a great employers....

      Pros

      Still considered as the largest pharmaceutical company in the world. Still sits on piles of cash. Still enjoys a very recognizable brand.

      Cons

      But they are squandering their resources away. Just wait till Lipitor loses it patent. Senior leaders constantly shuffles and changes direction. It's amazing to see morale to fall down so low...And some of its best people have gone.

      Pros

      half day fridays and free prescriptions are great perks. also maternity/paternity leave. and work/life balance is much better than most other places i've seen.

      Cons

      you spend every day waiting to be ATS'd. and hear from everyone how great the company used to be. is very depressing. plus, the sales reps are horrid spoiled little brats who complain about everything.
