      Great benefits & 401k, competitive salary, company car

      Cons

      Company announces layoffs, on average 1-2x/year, only to then hire new employees, so that when cuts are announced, it's the more tenured, higher paid, employees that are "let go."

      Pros

      Large Company, Great Benefits and Salary. They do have top of the line products and great name recognition. The budgets are down recently, but there is still alot of money to spend to drive business.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of layoffs....many large aquisitions - makes for low job security. The new pharma guidelines headed by pfizer are counterproductive to being able to make an influence. Lawyers rule the roost in sales....everything need to be approved by legal and it is monitered. Any speaker programs can be spot audited and there are many many rules which make it difficult for those who want to sell off of anything but the company approved script.

      Pros

      Great large company with a huge name recognition in the industry.

      Cons

      Too big of a company, that had way to many changes in upper management. People need stability in order to keep the ship moving. Too much change will cause the ship to stray away from the main focus, THE CUSTOMER.
